Poor Wi-Fi connectivity in the room!!! Bathroom setup lacks privacy and feels cramped!!! The mandatory security deposit process felt awkward and unnecessary!!! Old furniture gives off a dated impression!!!

excellent access to transport and nearby attractions
during my stay, I found it super convenient with a tram just outside, making it easy to reach Schönbrunn Palace in about 10 minutes, and there are plenty of grocery stores and dining options within a short walk, made my time in the city even better.

Underground was very near from the hotel, so the comunication with the city center was fine. The room was mostly basic. The breakfast, not included, was fine.
There wasn't the option to have dinner at the hotel, instead others clients were able to dinner there.

I loved the cute atmosphere created by the friendly front desk staff who were genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The location couldn't be more perfect, with a tram stop right outside, providing easy access to city attractions. Plus, the daily cleaning service kept my room super clean.

i was happy, the quadruple room i booked came with clean linen and the poorly insulated windows. the breakfast was particularly nice with fresh bread and the same cake, had everything you could want.

It's a very nice hotel, i also stayed in another hotel which is 4 stars but i like this hotel more than the other, just 5 minutes from the metro, and 2seconds from the bus station to the city center, everything there were great

Thank you for a good stay. The staff are really helpful and very helpful. Quadruple room is functional, has a clean bathroom. The hotel provides nice breakfast with the same cake, fresh bread.

Place was charming and lovely, loved the stay.
Everything was good, magnificent location just off the city center in 20 minutes, the capital and the airport, decent experience.
